You agree not to use the Service to:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past performance does not indicate future results. You acknowledge that using the Service involves risks, including the risk of financial loss.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoGPT Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
• Your conduct in connection with the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
