Payment Processor Delays: While we process refunds within 5-10 business days, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.
Currency Conversion: Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Currency conversion fees may apply and are not reimbursable.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
When you cancel Premium or receive a refund, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier. You'll retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
